Andres Costa started the business in 2006, and Emily Goodman joined in 2015. After years of working together, Andres and Emily married in the fall of 2023. Together, they have expanded their business into five locations and built a strong, full-time team of ten members. Andres, a CPA, focuses on building, advising, and maintaining client relationships, while Emily oversees operations and embraces the vision of running a modern, efficient firm. Together, they have crafted a firm that specializes in taking tasks off clients' plates, offering a "white glove" approach to bookkeeping, payroll, tax, and advisory services.

Their firm is built on a foundation of collaboration, with both Andres and Emily ensuring that every client feels supported and confident in managing their financial responsibilities. The team prioritizes delivering high-quality service and fostering strong, lasting relationships, with the goal of allowing clients to focus on their growth while knowing their financials are in expert hands.

Renee Fairchild

Administrator / Tax Manager

With 11 years of experience at Padgett, Renee is dedicated to building strong relationships with small businesses. She believes that the little things matter most—learning about her clients and going that extra mile to show she cares makes all the difference.

She holds certifications as an Administrative Assistant, Billing Specialist, and Tax Liaison, bringing a well-rounded skill set to her work.

In her free time, Renee loves spending quality moments with her family, especially enjoying fun-filled family game nights that create lasting memories. She also enjoys baking, DIY projects, and reading, always finding new ways to relax and recharge.

With 8 years of dedicated service at Padgett and over 20 years in the accounting industry, Nina brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role. She enjoys working with a variety of businesses, including insurance companies, dental practices, small businesses, restaurants, and S Corps, helping her clients navigate their financial needs with confidence.

Holding an Associate’s degree in Business, she combines her educational background with years of practical experience to deliver exceptional service.

In her free time, Nina loves spending quality moments with her soulmate husband, her three beautiful children, and her close-knit brothers and sisters. She enjoys family game nights, gardening, reading, hiking, and participating in her monthly Euchre club, always making time for her loved ones and her passions.

With nearly 3 years at Padgett and over 37 years of experience in the accounting industry, Amber brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for diverse business sectors. She enjoys working with clients across various industries, with a particular interest in dentistry and construction, where her expertise shines. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren. In her free time, she’s an avid DIY enthusiast, enjoys outdoor activities like swimming, hiking, boating, and exploring the ocean, and cherishes family moments—whether it’s playing in puddles, attending concerts, or simply relaxing together.

Crystal Holsenbeck

Since September 2021, Crystal has been a dedicated member of the Padgett team. She has been in the accounting industry since high school, starting her career as Head Bookkeeper at Bilo, which gave her a strong foundation in financial management and bookkeeping.

She enjoys working with a variety of businesses because it allows her to continually learn new things and expand her expertise. She holds an Associate’s degree in Accounting, further supporting her skills and knowledge.

In her free time, Crystal loves spending time with her kids. She is passionate about live music, family game nights, and visiting amusement parks, always finding joy in creating fun memories with her loved ones.

Mandy King

Since October 2019, Mandy has brought over 25 years of experience in the accounting industry. She enjoys working with a diverse range of businesses, including restaurants, granite companies, and car dealerships. Her passion for learning makes her an invaluable resource for her clients.

Mandy attended MTSU and is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt, Mandy has over 15 years of experience using QuickBooks.

In her free time, she loves spending quality moments with her best friend, her mom, and her dog. She is an avid basketball fan, cheering for the Lakers, Celtics, Grizzlies, and Knicks. She also enjoys scrapbooking and watching documentaries.

Faun Dean

Account Manager

With two years at Padgett and a total of five years in the accounting field—including college studies— Faun has developed a strong passion for working with healthcare and animal care businesses. She enjoys building relationships with clients and learning about different industries.

In her free time, she loves spending time with friends and her two dogs. She is an avid cook and baker, enjoys reading, hitting the gym, and playing games, always looking for new ways to stay active and engaged.

Lisa Mattern

With more than 35 years of administrative and accounting experience, Lisa Mattern brings a wealth of knowledge, dedication, and reliability to the Padgett team. As an Account Manager, she enjoys tackling challenges, meeting deadlines, and helping clients stay organized and confident in their financial operations.

Outside the office, Lisa's greatest joy is spending time with her family. Her children and grandchildren are the center of her world. When she has free time, she enjoys reading, dancing, cooking, and hunting for unique treasures at local auctions.

Tracy Saunier

Account Manager

With 18 years of professional experience in human resources, payroll, and accounting, Tracy brings a well-rounded background and people-first approach to her work. She enjoys building strong client relationships and helping businesses feel organized, confident, and supported in their day-to-day financial operations. Her positive energy, attention to detail, and genuine enthusiasm make her a natural partner for clients and colleagues alike.

Outside of work, Tracy is a personal trainer and avid tennis player who also enjoys hiking and attempting to create elaborate desserts she sees on baking shows. She loves spending time with her husband of more than 20 years, Charlie, and their dog, Rizzo. Tracy and Charlie especially enjoy working together in their flower garden, where they’re always chasing the highly unofficial title of “Garden of the Year.”

Anna Gray

Payroll Manager

Since joining Padgett in February 2020, Anna brings extensive experience in payroll, having worked in the payroll field since 2007. She enjoys working with a wide variety of businesses and has a versatile approach to her work. A proud graduate of MTSU with a Bachelor of Science degree, Cum Laude, she also holds the Mastering Payroll Certificates I and II from AIPB and has been an active AIPB member since 2008.

In her free time, Anna loves spending time with her husband, Casey, and her two best friends. She enjoys solving puzzles, playing board games, and tending to her garden, finding joy in both mental challenges and outdoor relaxation.

Having joined Padgett less than a year ago, Brittney is beginning her journey in the accounting world. She enjoys working with small businesses and is eager to develop her expertise in payroll and accounting services.
